From Stressed to Calm -
5 days Tapping Challenge.

What: Each day I will guide you for 1 Live 30 min tapping session; 5 days in a row, each day we will address main reasons for stress right now
You will feel calmer and clear about your current situation
When: 17th of May to the 21st of May, 12pm noon Irish time (IST) - replays will be available for that week only
Where: Your home office, kitchen table or sofa. Sessions will be online via Zoom
