So, what is tapping?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) also know as tapping is a combination of talking therapy and body work. It involves saying out loud what is bothering you and tapping on meridian points on your body.

You can do tapping on your own or with a qualified practitioner, drumroll…me, or other colleagues of mine of course.

Tapping is based on acupuncture and works using the meridians in our body in which the energy flows. You tap on these points using your fingertips. It makes more sense when you see it in a video :)
